Monkey D. Luffy has him beaten by a country mile. The guy ignores an entire island filled with women who would do anything for him, including the queen who is the hawtest character in-Universe(sans a Mermaid character who would also give it up to Luffy), to train with a smelly old guy.
Also in One Piece there is a second island filled with men wanting to be penetrated(presumably) and another character, Sanji, tries his hardest to avoid them.

It's just so damn boring and lame. WTF? Why did this piece of shiiit manga get such a following? There is nothing remarkable or even slightly enjoyable about this manga. It is so blaaaaaaaaaand and unremarkable.
I watched the first 3 episodes of the anime and I sort of agree, but I am willing to give it a chance.
Naruto started slow as **** too.
Come to think of it out of the 3 most popular shonen manga/anime Bleach is the one that entertained/interested me the most from the very beginning. Funny because its the one that gets the most flak.

Naruto started fast as fuuuuuck and was really awesome the first 3 episodes. It was immediately immersive and interesting.
Also, right after the opening sequence/episodes (after Naruto whooped some buttocks), I remember thinking that Kakashi was a child molester and/or a sadist with the way they set him up.
After that, I gave up watching the show (because the manga is always better) and started reading the manga. I can't remember when I started reading the manga but I thought it was around 2003-2004.

It is a joke lol. Luffy was doing super awesome training so that is why he had no interest in women. Granted he usually doesn't anyway unless Oda feels like he should lol.
But the island of men is actually an island of transvestites, or Newkama, and the joke is the character most interested in boning women, Sanji, is stuck on that island for 2 years. Mind you I never cared for the joke but it does make for an enjoyable wtf moment for people on the outside.

Eh it does get better as it goes on. It's not like some have said where the quality of the series gets better and better overtime(because that would imply Fishmen Island is better than Marineford and that is impossible) but the series does flow better once they get to the Grand Line.
Mind you I wouldn't call the early arcs in the East Blue Saga bad but eh.

as for the chapter itself, Bach once again shows off his badassery even if indirectly in a sort of flashback. damn, if he is the essentially the progenitor of all qincy then his abilities must be so far beyond all of theirs just like Yamamoto's abilities were above the other soul reapers.
Ichigo turned down a naked women on top of Riruka who's the first girl to actually state that Ichigo was attractive to females in verse.
Granted if it did happen...like Mother like Son as they say 🙂
This chapter also brings up the question of why didn't Yamamoto think of any contingency plans for any of his enemies. I mean the fact that he somehow failed to kill the guy should've been motivation to do just that.
