3. Who was it who already had substantial injuries before going all out?
4. Who fell first? And Kenpachi was awake first, and Ichigo was saved and treated by Yoruichi. Fun fact, Yoruichi also stated they tied.

5. Nah
1. Wrong. Kenpachi's sword was broken.
2. Uh...obviously Kenpachi.
3. You mean those superficial cuts? 313
4. Logical fallacy. She didn't see that Ichigo cut his sword in half as well as incapacitating Kenpachi. All things were equal. Just because Ichigo fell first, doesn't mean he lost. That just means he fell first in a fight that both incapacitated each other....with Ichigo breaking the others sword which, in case you haven't been paying attention, is VERY symbolic to the Bleach characters. Getting your sword broken is the same as getting your spirit broken, in both senses of that. (Both literal, beacuse their sword is an extension of their sprit, and figuriatively as in "broke his spirit and now he listens".) Since Yoru didn't get to see Kenpachi's sword, but could feel the MASSIVE drop in Reiatesu from Kenpachi, she, being an expert in fighting, could only conclude it was a tie. Both Ichigo and Kenpachi knew that Ichigo won.
Also, Kenpachi almost cut Kenpachi the **** in half.

Sorry man, Ichigo still did it. You can't change it. You can deny it all you like...Ichigo still beat Ulq. It wasn't Chad, it wasn't teh Quincy, and it wasn't Inoue, it was Ichigo. Lame power-up or not, Ichigo still beat Ulq.
Oh, in case you didn't know, the inner hallow represents the savage supressed anger of Ichigo's consciousness. This manga is so heavily ridden with pyschology that it's rediculous.
