Plus the same thing goes for real life. One could say that Bruce Lee was the greatest martial artist the world had seen, but then you'd come along and say "Oh you can't say that cause a better martial artist could be born". Which is ture, but that doesn't mean Bruce Lee isn't the best martial artist so far, same as these Sith Lords. They're definitley the best the Star Wars galaxy has seen, and true, others may come along that are more powerful than them, but that doesn't mean you can't rank them now.
One person's list will never be better than another person's because a lot of it is based on opinion, except for fanboy morons who put Vader above everyone. Things like Exar vs Revan or Sadow vs Nadd are really just opinions. But we can definitely tell that Vader and Sidious are no where near any of those four. It's kind of hard to explain, but what you said makes no sense what so ever.
