You can improvise with the abilities, as long as they are suitable for the pokemon. Keep it realistic at a pokemon level. Charmander can for example not learn to grow in size. He can learn to handle fire and fight battles adapted after his size.
Rules:
-No God modding.
-Be mannered at all time.
-Do not cause unnecessary arguing. Everything should be sorted out at a civil tone.
-Keep rookies in mind. Even though you might be the God of pokemon knowledge or something, there is no need to laugh at those less cunning than you. Teach them instead of flame them for their uncunningly of the subject.
-Six pokemons on you at the same time as maximum.
-Humans have no magical powers.
-You do not have infinit money. You can not go buy a bike if it is needed unless you have a proper reason to have the money (Could be a character sheet thing, or something that occurs IC. (No one is wealthy without my approval)
-Everyone starts of between beginner and average pokemon trainer. No Pokemon masters.Character Sheet:

Secondly. GSG-9- not only are you the chief instigator of the spam, you also have no business criticising what other people enoy. This is NOT any form of review or discussion thread. Such behaviour is unacceptable, and for your continuously trolling and spamming posts you are getting an official warning right now. Collect three and uou are out.

Okay, so here it is, my final RP... the one I plan to stay with for my last two years here on KMC...

A tear is opened in the space-time continuum, leading figures throughout history to become manifest in the future, fighting for the rights to return to their home and time period. A group of the characters will work against a mad scientist-like character who brought them here, and a group will work with said scientist to stop the others from succeeding. The preferred Character Medium would be figures you've heard about in history classes (Atilla the Hun, Jack The Ripper, Joan of Arc... you get the drift.) We also need someone to play the evil scientist/madman... It's not a complete work, but it could turn out to have great potential if I get enough support for it.
