just thought id try my hand at a Warcraft RPG if anyones interested in some fantasy fun with a lot of races
World of warcraft, The great War RPG
Story:
The Ogres in the Bladesedge mountains have become restless, their anger against the Orcs occupieing the upper lands which were once their own has multiplied and now, two tribes, the bloodmaul and the bladespire have combined their arms, legions of ogres wielding all kinds of dark warlock magics combined with the mindless muscle of their warriors carrying man sized clubs, axes and all kinds of terrible weaponry. Worst however is the coming of Gruul the dragonslayer, coming forth in fury upon the mok'nathol orcs of bladesedge, his chained dragons he has captured, burning down the thunderlord stronghold, Rexxar barely escaping with his life to Mok'nathol village.
The Orcs Furious at this are starting to bring forces together to battle this threat, building up a large army across Nagrand, Trolls have come forth as well to join their allies once again, as have the tauren. Across the lands however, they are not seeing the full threat. The Burning legion are behind this, their forges once again coming to life, building their foul machines and have planted their seeds of corruption urging the Ogres to do battle, combining with the Ogres, the hope for the Orcs is grim, however although not their allies, the Draenei and the alliance are preparing their own armies in Zangarmarsh, although the small groups of Naga are a nuisance, they plan to march through Hellfire destroying the legions lackeys and the fel Orcs, used by illidan.
Illidan has taken this into account, the upcoming war will be a great opportunity to destroy the horde and alliance once and for all, his Blood elves prepare to go to war with the Naaru and fell their fair city of Shattarah, dreani and nightelf defenders as well as the elves that have broken from Kael'thus' forces prepare to defend their lands, Illidan himself with Kaelthus, joins with lady Vashj to do their own battle, they once more move to destroy the Dark portal, the Horde and the Legion, as well as the Night elves from diffrent fronts prepare to stop him throughout Hellfire.
And ofcourse at last, Arthas, his will spreading forth once more, the scourge moves, to the south, to take Azeroth by storm, while the main armies of the land do battle in Outland, the forsaken, now free of the lich king do battle with his undead legions and the Dragonflight, as well as the legions of Nefarian and Ragnaros prepare to conflict with the Lich king for they to wish to masters of the world. Ahn quiraj once again opens, the ancient one inside, calling forth his armies
Overall: this is a game like most fantasies only ofcourse set in the world of warcraft, a large war over outland and Azeroth has come forth, basically if you didnt want to read the whole story the legion has made the ogres want to go to battle with the Orcs and now there battle across Outland between all most of the races of warcraft
what you do in the RP: the RP allows for you to take the side of one of the forces and battle as perhaps a captain or a character from the game itself, such as illidan or Warchief thrall, you can make up to 3 characters, only one of which can be an actual game character, ofcourse you will have to have good understanding of what the character is if you want to play as a game character since they will be very important in the RP and often hold immeanse powers, however you could be almost anything, even characters from other games as long as they fit in a fantasy setting and set out on your own amongst the lands of azeroth
