Story.-
The year is 2559, a little more than 5 centuries ago, the planet formerly known as Earth had run out of fossil fuels. What became known as World War III started when America declared that their oil reserves were empty. They lied of course, so America, taking the advantage of it's relationship with the central american countries as well as Mexico and Canada, they allied with Russia and the European countries to attack and seize the oil reserves of the African countries.
The Africans put on a big fight, most of America, Mexico and Canada were obliterated and Russia soon after offered it's help to these countries in exchange of a big cut in the oil reserve. China seized the territory of Irak and Iran but they soon realized that what little was left of the reserves would not be enough to sustain the world. Scientists from all over the world discused the matter but all options pointed to what was inevitable, the end of the world.
Soon after the greenhouse effect started to become more dangerous, life in the desert became unsustainable and animals all over the Equator started to die. The dams started to go dry and the electric services became insanely expensive. Poverty was bigger than ever.
In all the chaos, Russia and China joined forces to build a space station that would support human life as it moved through space with destination to a planet discovered by Japanese scientists at NASA. This planet was without a name and was soon after called Hope as it was human kind's last hope for survival.
The space station was the size of Texas. Thousands of human beings were frozen for the travel and the last of the oil reserves were deposited into the space station to create an impulse so strong that it would send the station on it's course to arrive at the planet in the next 100 years.
The result was succesful, the good news was followed by a terrible one. Earth was finally dead and all those who were left in it. Where Earth used to be now only asteroids and dust are left.
Near the end of the voyage, an asteroid collided with the space station spliting it into two. One part crash landed and the other stayed in orbit examining the planet for life possibilities. A colony was built over the planet with only 300 people, this colony was called Sparta in reminescence of human history.
An expedition was soon carried out to learn of the fate of the people in the other half of the station. Thirty men left for it, only two came back. The atmosphere of the planet contained a bacteria that caused madness, mutation and agression. The people of that crash were now less than human, some gained more strength, others more speed, others more endurance. Their numbers grew and their new species branched like different kinds of spiders. A new name was given to these creatures, those who were our brothers, now are our enemies, some call them evolved humans but evolution is not that cruel. The name came from the serial number of their tanks, BR13D3R, so they were called Brieders. Their leader used to be Doctor Higgins, now he calls himself Lord Artus, he and his generals now seek to destroy Sparta.
Sparta is now the first human city. The size of the former USA. Sparta is our last defence against the invading Brieders who have also made their city deep in the mountains of what has been called The Hive. They had the time to make weapons, but we are not without our resources. Human numbers have grown, but so have theirs. The battle now takes place in the hills of Cretia, the abandoned human facility now taken by the Brieders. We must find a way to get to their capital and destroy them, underground they're more powerful but under the sky, we are the masters.
The toxin in the air was neutralized thirty years ago, now we can run free in the world. But be careful with Brieder weaponry as their Klaut-guns launch small injection darts that contain deadly viruses. Thank god they only have limited supplies, and us an antidote. But on the battlefield you must be careful, for the only antidote out there is death...

Diablo: The war of Sanctuary
After the Destruction of the world stone the world has had the forces that kept it seperate from the burning hells and the high heavens broken, world is now laid bare for both to see. The Burning hells once again under the banner of the Prime evils after they took control from Azmodan the lord of sin and Belial the lord of lies, the Three now angered from their defeat in Santuary have arison more powerful than ever before and now go to open war across the lands, evil followers and dark cults join them as well as many powerful allies that they had during the sin wars.
The Arch-angel Tyreal knows of the danger coming to the world he has worked so hard to secure from his bretheren in the high heavens and now works to bring forth the gift of the Nephilim within the human race, this ancient birthright that the Worldstone shut out of most of them is now free, and allows the people of santuary to eventually learn their powers, the Horadrim lead by a wise elder known as Deckard Cain are brought together by Tyreal and now help to bring mankind together and against the threat that now weighs down upon them all. The high heavens plan to help the Nephilim battle and hope to destroy the armies of the prime evils and then plan to destroy the Nephilim after battle while they are weak as to keep their hold over the world
Overall: This RP is based on events that could happen after the end of the last Diablo game, Diablo:Lord of Destruction, the armis of heaven and hell are now battleling over who shall rule all of creation and Santuary is in the middle of this war, the Ancient birthright of the human race can now be held by them and with their newfound power hope to protect their planet
Role: the role of a PC in this RP would be that of either one of the 3 sides or between them, perhaps to come across their own story as well as perhaps take part in the main story of the RP and live in the now war torn world of santcuary
Characters: a player can pick two characters, one of their own creation and one from the world of diablo, OR have two characters they have made themselves, ofcourse you dont have to have two, but you may not have more than 1 important character under your control
Important:These characters will be leaders or main beings within the RP, a player can pick one of these to play as, or none if they so wish

Character races and stats
Demons: these can be of a large variety, often they follow one of the 7 powers of hell which makes a large impression on their characteristics and behaviour, for example a demon of Diablo are usually the most intelligent and trick their enemies, although not usually the strongest, however some often can rival the minions of the other evils of hell, Baals are usually the most destructive hence the name, smaller beasts come in large numbers while larger ones are often the strongest minions of hell while mephisto has legions of undead
Undead: Undead are often udner the will of Mephisto or some sort of master who has brought life to a corpse, the Morlu are often the strongest of these, sometimes even greater than soome demons, especialy in numbers, under the eye of mephisto, these warriors are near impossible to stop, as their bodies reform and reshape even as they are destroyed.
Angels: powerful beings from heaven, often greater than most demons and undead however their numbers are far less and are often over run by demonic hordes, however the ability to fly as well as their great powers make them a strong race
Nephilim: these are those humans who have been told of the force growing within them, after being told they begin to understand the power and soon some can begin to become more powerful than the average angel or demon, able to succeed in many feats like weather control, blasts of magic, fire, crushing weaker enemies with but a thought, their power can become vast but most are not able of the greater feats but even the weaker ones are capable of fire blasts and shielding themselves and allies
Humans who have other gifts : this includes Mages who know many spells, Necromancers of Rathma who follow the teachings of Trag'oul the dragon of balance and capable of sumoning and controlling the dead, as well as destroying them when of high power. There are also skilled assasins, amazons, barbarians and other warriors among the human race who do not need the Nephilim gift for it disrupts their own prowess

Hopefully, clues will be left (even if they're deceiving) by the murderer to enhance the story.Last thing: the player who takes the role of victim is encouraged to continue the game even after the murder, preferably as the one who knew the most about the victim (husband, wife, secretary, etc.), so they can develop two characters.
