In the town of Cedarbrook Pines, there is an old mansion, once owned by a wealthy family. Mysteriously, however, children who would play nearby would disappear. The mansion was eventually abandoned, and the children's deaths were left unsolved.
2012, AD
A group of college students get an invitation to the filming of a new horror film nearby. The location: an allegedly haunted old mansion in nearby Cedarbrook Pines. Upon their arrival, they notice that there is no film equipment, nor are there any signs that there ever were. The students fall unconscious, awaking within the mansion itself with only a single note of explanation:
"You are locked inside the mansion. Your only hope of getting out alive is to solve the mystery of the missing children, and put their spirits to rest."
it's kinda a resident evil style plotline. the children, former residents, and animals that once inhabited the mansion will be the main threats, back as zombies. and as for the characters themselves, i was thinking college freshman or sophomores at the oldest...

Surviving the night. (It's a lot longer then it sounds.)
While on a routine mission in hostile territory, you were pinned down by an unknown assailent. Your enemy is unknown and is far more superior in combat then then your first enemy force. After the death of two squad mates, the team reluctantly agrees to wait inside of an old military installation that was abandoned years before. With nothing but desert for miles, you will have to see if you can last through the night and escape the horrors of the base.
Will do more on the story later.

Hellgate: London
This is based on the video game and the book, but this isn’t like video game. It’s just like any other RP, you pick a side, pick a class (If your Templar), describe your guy/girl, and move on with your journey through London. Seriously though, if you don’t get it, or have a general idea, or you are one of those every-so-often posters, then don’t even do this, it’s annoying and waste of other peoples time. A list of Templar weapons will be posted if it is started up
Plot:
The year is 2020, the world is almost exactly the same since the year 2007… but a secret organization has been created to fight a new threat that has arrived…The demons! London lies in ruins as the world watches on hopelessly, as the demons mass murder civilians and single handedly destroy the british army. No one enters or leaves London, for they never get out alive. With all normal weapons useless against the demons, all eyes are upon the ones who can push back the demons. . .
Races:
Templar: Prepared for this apocalypse, the Knights Templar are trained in the arts of holy magic and the blade. These true believers fight to the death, taking tremendous amounts of demons with them. Training since the age of 12, these males and females learn to use a two-handed sword or duel wields lighter ones. Fueled by arcane energies, the armor the Templar use can enhance all senses (Hearing, Sight, etc) and abilities (Jumping, Thinking, Strength, etc) the Templar will need to be efficient in battle.
Templar Classes:
Blademaster: Just as the name says, a master with blades. Often carries two swords, and a sidearm Spike Bolter.
Guardian: A defensive Templar, preferring to use one two-handed sword and carries a Spike Bolter sidearm.
Holy Templar: A Templar that is just as effective in combat, but prefers to use holy magic to harm enemies and heal allies.
Cabalists: These strange humans may look like demons, but aren’t as ruthless. Covering their bodies with tattoos and growing horns out of their heads, the cabalists use demon magic and train in dark arts. Although these humans do not armor or wield weapons as futuristic as the Templar, they carry the demons powers to conquer their enemies. They are not aligned with the Templar or the Demons, but some join the Templar in their crusade. As strange as they already are, some of the most powerful cabalists can take on demons aspects and almost transform themselves into a demon. Some can even command a few amount of demons with a movement of their hand and a single word .
Demons: Truly hated by all, the Demons fiercely fight back the Templar who try to rid them, and the cabalists who try to control them. Ranging from lesser demons to greater demons, from ranged demons to melee demons, the demons use their numbers to their advantage when fighting in battle. Typically many of the demons are pawns to the named demons that send them into battle. Named demons, also known as Primus demons, are demons that have proven themselves worthy by killing
