You need to think further than "whip and handcuffs" for punishment. He speaks of the indirect punishment, brought upon us by Ushgarak being worn out of useless spamming in a thread that has repeatingly been asked to keep clean.
New or not, rules are supposed to respected. As are request and patience given us by moderators such as Ushgarak. So drop all the irrelevant chatter and show the roleplay forum moderator some respect, by honoring his wish for a clean thread.
If you want a thread for chatting, use the UHRPG Player Information thread.

Hey, Scooter. Stop disrepecting the Roleplayers who have been here for a while. You are in direct violation of the rules of this thread. Being, one of the very first rules is there is to be no idol conversation, unless DIRECTLY ABOUT A ROLEPLAY. Nothing more expect to post ideas, and join others. If you can't obey the rules, then please leave so at least some of us can enjoy this place.

ok so one day im chillin playing guitar hero3 when this idea for a novel hits but I kinda have writers block so i figured I'd make it an rp and if it goes well use it (with permission from whoever joins of course )

In the end four humans sacrifced themselves for the good of humanity by sealing away lucifer in the depths of hell where god had banished him to begin with
the four souls upon reaching the pearly gates were met by the metrion,the voice of god and were granted eternal life in the form of reincarnation to protect the earth in case lucifer chose to rise again ...and given the power to fight evil through what ever means was the easiest to hide in the present day whilst apointing a fifth soul to act as messenger

In the world of Esir dwell many creatures: humans, elves, dwarves, hobbits, orcs, pixies, dragons, trolls, and so on and so forth. Now the world is divided into two: one side is under the ruler ship of the human of King Cecil Harvey and the other ruled by the demon called Exmoor.
