Inheritance
I want to introduce my own fantasy world of Kael'dere Surune aka Surune to the forum. The story will take place on the continent of Infalanthe. The time period is 351 years after the Great Giant Wars in which the kingdom of Alund lead by then King Danic Aroleth united the nations against the Anakim (Giants) of the north. Defeating them at the Battle of Belas Nor, a great now ruined tower fortress built to block off the giants army. They defeated the giants and imprisoned them in Tooresh their frozen homeland in the northern glaciers. However this also caused great dissension because the nation of Barilla turned against the alliance and aided the giants. Since then the two nations have been in great political war with the threat of war always a moment away. Now six months after the death of King Leyed Aroleth and the crowning of the princess has caused great political strife in Alund and all across Infalanthe.
Playable Races:
1) Humans (Infali)
2) Perhondi: tall dark skinned fair elves who are expert sailors)
3) Children of Gaea (Cogs): animals imbued by the mother goddess with higher intelligence and often larger than their native species
4) Druak-kin: humanoid sized draconic race come in all the colors of dragons, mostly foul natured
5) Draadi: aquatic illithid (squid-like) telepathic race
6) Anakim: giants
7) Pixies: small bold winged fey race

1) Alund: jewel democratic monarchy of southern Infalanthe with a culture of a mix of anglo-saxon and ancient greece influence. capital city of Talmasas
2) Barilla: Northeastern Imperial State, ruled by Empress Sima Orezune, culture much like russia. capital city of Esgaariond
3) Perhond: island nation of the dark elves, known for their powerful navy, capital city On'Bessada
4) Valona: sister nation of Alund. capital of Melbana. culturally identical to Alund.
5) Purndale: small reliant frontier settlements banded together on the northern side of the Emerhal Mountains. capital of Bloodmeet. based much on the early american settlerments.
6) Bederos: secluded northern nation known for their powerful calvary ruled by King Brega Stormhorn. capital of Dormala. based much off Rohan anglo saxon culture except the landscape is vast plains congruent with horse riding nations.
7) Altama Plains (Plains of Hunur): tribal plains of the northwest baed on the native american tribes
8) Demeresk: desolete mountains broken land homeland of the druakkin

1) Warrior/Fighter (any other version of the word)
2) Mage: formally schooled in universities must use spellbooks or wands to cast
3 Sorcerer/Witch: blood magic users cast naturally with no spell books
4) Elementalist/Druid: natural magic users/healers focusing on one of the elements

6) Bard/Dancer
7) Rogue/Thief
8) Barbarian
9) Chemist: use potions and alchemy to heal and attack
10) Monk/Ninja
11) any other classes must be approved by me but i am definitely open to suggestions
The story will begin at the Benedine Abbey, a monastery of the peaceful monks set at the eastern foot of the Emerhal Mountains. The heir to the throne of Alund young King Cale Aroleth (14 years old) is having formal studying. The head of the Abbey is benevolent Father Julian Moreth who is in his late 60s. While Cale is the heir to the Alundian throne his older sister "Unnamed" Aroleth (20 years old) is the reluctant steward to the throne to the jewel nation of Infalanthe.
A druak-kin slaving party will come upon the abbey and attack it and enslave many of the youths along with Cale not knowing his birth right. The journey will span the whole continent and introduce powerful enemies and foes. The story will truly begin in the trade and crime capital of the world Talmaje, very much like Babylon in our world. Talmaje is under the Barillian Empire but still ruled by the obese Druak-kin Governor Sarva.

Warning: Modified D&D based game. If you do not know D&D pm me and I can get you through the game. Dice are not needed. I will be rolling for NPC'S actions and when in battle, but you do not need to roll.
Beauty has left the King's land. The only flower left within this land of death and despair is Queen Jillian. And by her side, the delicate Princess Hope. These two treasures are the only things left that could possibly bring a smile to the king's face.
But danger haunts the woods beyond the walls of the little town. A dark spirit watches these two beauty's from the bushes, longing for them to fall into his grasp. With the Queen and Princess out of the way, the kingdom will weaken. This stranger, with the Queen at his side, will rise and take the crown.
Now a group of unknowing will band together to save the town. Be them man or monster, Knight or Peasant. Many will stand against these brave souls, and many will fall. I cannot see into the future, but if I could I still wouldnt tell you the outcome of the story. You must live the adventure. Only you can decide the fate of the kingdom Sirenia.

Magical items are allowed to an extent. You cannot come by anything new (armor, weapons, rations.. ect.) unless you come to a town. Things will not appear unless you tell me you have bought them. I will attack your mounts. If you do not post for 3 pages then do not ask for a recap, you will have to catch up on your own. PM ME IF I OVER LOOK YOUR POST. You have 1 week to respond, then I will assume you are dead. Rape can happen (just dont go into details please) Murders and ambushes are allowed pm me first please.
