Starry already got the part for an Angel (this is only for one person) and she called it first
Also plan to have a scene where The character will be in a crazy house so those doctors who specialize in the mentally insane are also apart of this

He has. So many times through the years, but people won't listen for more than brief periods at the time.
I suppose he's given up and just decided to check on the thread less because of it. I can imagine it rather strenuous to go through so much chatter every time, just to approve a few roleplays or even just one at times. Several roleplays that'd occupy just one page instead take several.
I can understand him. UHRP wears him out.

South ,Virginia, Maryland cohesion"Fortress Capital", Mass,Con,R.I."Fortress New England" Georgia(Atlanta)"Fortress South" everything else is Lawless. The "Bread basket" mid-west were the crops are grown are guarded by Military. You have to KNow someone on the inside to get to one of the Civil Blocks. Police patrol and exterminate anyone they see outside that may try to infiltrate. The people in the Civil BLocks are all Micro CHiped. If the Police find anyone on the outside with no chip get exterminated. SO lets say there is a group of people who have met up A week after the Emergency was anounced that they were going to start killing everyone not in the Civil blocks. The group on the outside must find a way to make their own Civil BLock. The rp will be what are the stepps to make our own Utopia. The Character will be set up like

Gender:
Former Occupation/skills:
Equipment: (This would be conducent to what your life was like before the Police State was announced)
Speacial Skills: maybe a hobby that would apply
and try to be realistic. I think this will be more fun.
