drown his ass...he wasn't going anywhere untill tyrannus helped him with that extra boost of strength...

Tyrannus didn't give him an extra boost of strength, he just forced the Hulk to use what he had in one massive blow. I also don't see why the Hulk wouldn't have been able to just jump out of the water on his own in the first place.

Or right click and save target as in thread veiw. . . then just rename attachment.jpg to something else.

blind, nuts bleeding, and panicked...his "agrier hulk get, stronger hulk get" doesn't work when he's in a state of fear and confussion..had tyrannus not helped him..he would have died...plain and simple..not that it matters since wolverine could have killed banner later anyways...

Still, it wasn't really a 'combat victory' over the Hulk so much as a situational one, like Spidey v Firelord, though admittedly a more reasonable one.

By the way, Jinzin...

"The tensile strength and additional weight of his skeleton combined with his constant cellular regeneration grants him great physical strength; sufficient to rend steel manacles through great effort as he did in Uncanny X-Men Issue 111, or lift 7 full grown men over his head as he did in Wolverine Vol.2 Issue 1. His blows are weighted (similar to using brass knuckles) due to the presence of this metal."

Wolverine does have superhuman strength, albeit low-end.

OKKKKKKKKKKKK I am done transfering them all. (might of missed a few) but tranfered all the hulk vs Wolverine, so if you have anymore pics, continue in that thread because its up to date with your pics.

no more than spidey won over juggy..but I mean he had bone claws...not much better he could have hoped for....

I've just been trying to find the explanation for it. As I see it, his 'super-strength' is essentially 'faked' in a way. When punching, he's virtually throwing a fist decked out with 'brass knuckles' at all times and the adamantium skeleton throws extra weight behind it. When lifting, the cells break down in his muscles like in everyone else. However, his cell regeneration rate is so fast that his muscles repair themselves as they break down, allowing him to continually push while the weight is supported by his adamantium skeleton. This enables him to exceed his own natural max, which would be about 800 lbs.

Yeah, people have problems accepting that Wolverine is the basest of Superhuman.

How about we keep comments like this to ourselves, and I'm sure I don't need to state the consequences for this.

By the time wolverine cuts wall down, spiderman moved on.

Spiderman can demolish a wall faster than wolverine.

But nice discussion.

I understand that the skeleton "ups" his strength and so forth, but its a peak human enhanced , I guess you could pull it as superhuman, but technically it isn't, I do see what you mean.

yeah...I just think that it sucks because this thread was supposed to be about helping people to understand a few points as well as supply the venom vs. wolverine fights...unfortunately...as soon as he showed up here he was insulting people..which sucks...furthermore he turned this into another thread about him....and spiderman vs wolverine YET AGAIN....it sucks...oh well.....

Another thread about me, bull.

The thread flourished, if anything.

You guys turned it into spiderman and wolverine yourselves, about batman and whatever else... Doesn't matter, because another person thought he'd win.

Everyone sees the same thing except you and creshosk, back up your pics, and give a rational argument.

And spiderman creams wolverine 😈

<<also about the super strength thing...again..something I've been trying to argue since I got here...glad to see someone else understands it...>>

he MUST have superstrength. hell, it was evident in his first appearance where he breaks out of all those chains. wolvie is a strange character. in their first meeting, roughhouse almost killed wolvie, wolvie couldn't hurt him with punches, but later, it was like roughhouse became a joke or something and wolvie pummeled him. you've shown scans of wolvie taking on all these dudes, and in an xmen issue he's fighting a bunch of soldiers with the other xmen present and he gets a spear driven through him from behind and he falls. you show him taking all this massive damage, but in a wolverine book and tank shell explodes near him and hurts him a lot, he takes out the tank which blows up. wolvie dives away but even still just the shockwave of the blast ko's him. then of course there's the time the old man drove his sword through a door and into wolvie's heart and he would have been dead right then and there but for jean's 'spectre's' interference. numerous times his healing factor has not been able to overcome a simple drug (wolvie mini, yet another arc where he fought roughhouse - i think that was where tigershark came in? - just to name a couple) but at the same time he can almost instantly heal from a hundred gunshots. but inconsistently again, stab wounds and sword slashes have hurt him terribly.

the biggest problem i've ALWAYS had with wolvie is that his capabilities fluctuate wildly at times, moreso than with any character i've ever read in any comic. at times, he seems more like pre-c supes than anything else with what he is shown to do and survive.
