I know a boy, who's 13 years old, 6'2, and 190 pounds. But I guess most of his weigh is fat because he's WEAK!
He bench presses more than he squats (he's in the same weight lifting class at school as I am), he benches like 125, and squats 120.
I'm 14 years old, 5'7, 115 pounds, and I bench 150 pounds, and squat 220 pounds.
It's embarrassing for him that I'm that much smaller and that much stronger. hehehe. 😎
