Exactly, and this isn't Superman, this is GOG, who like Thanos...does exactly the same thing.

This may work on 1 gog...but not thousands attacking him at the same time with magical spears. If I remember correctly, there was more to that scan that meets the eye...

All I'm saying is stronger and smarter adversaries have lost to the titan. I don't see GOG pulling this off.

And the Titan has lost or fled from a good number of battles as well.

Not far from fact at all. Superman isn't a match for Thanos, but that's for a different discussion.

To be honest, Thanos is just too much for Gog. I don't remember the thread starter saying that he could use his clones, so more than likely he can't.

His "clones" (even though they really aren't clones) are a natural part of his ability.

So far we have Thanos needing prep, attempting to get outside power items, and now, trying to limit Gog's core ability.

That pretty much says it all. Thanos is simply outclassed.

P.S. That thread doesn't prove anything and that is WITHOUT bias. I like Gog and Thanos equally.

How the hell is Gog going to win? The only thing that we've seen him able to do is beat Superman constantly! I'm pretty damn sure there are a lot of people who could beat Superman.

Galactus I feel is one of the smartest and strongest in the Universe. If you can outsmart that, this guy should not be that hard. Thanos is one of the most manipulative, strong, and intelligent people in a comic. He was one of the defining people to stop Warlocks good side in the crusade, he prevented the Magus from assembling the gauntlet, and he defeated each of the elders to gain the infinity gems. I don't think a guy from Kansas in going to be to much of a problem to outsmart even with time travel.

Big Sexy is on to it. Aside from just his immense power, he is a brilliant, yet mad, individual. Unlike Gog, Thanos is a master of his own power. To be honest, Gog is just a dumb nut from Kansas with too much power for his peabrain mind to handle.

Better question, how is Thanos going to win? He can definitely beat 1 gog who doesnt time travel or have thousands of buddies, but against full strength gog using all his ability? It's not happening.

Of course there are people that can beat BOTH Thanos and Superman. Gog is one of them.

Gog is far from an idiot. He was born a regular human and through strength, determination, and intelligence, he got to where he's at.

When did Thanos "outsmart" Galactus? Galactus had the guy begging for mercy.

Gog doesn't have the power to defeat Thanos. This is the Thanos that sent Galactus bouncing like a basketball with one blast. By saying that Gog could defeat Thanos with pure power, you're insinuating that Gog is a skyfather, and he's nowhere close. Are you going to tell me right now that Gog would be a threat to Odin? I'm sorry, but that borders on fanboyish. No offense, but that's just too damn far.

Galactus himself was impressed by Thanos' power. I'm sorry, but Gog isn't near the ability to do anything that Thanos just did.
