Yeah but sometimes you'll just get an image and use as your sig, my point was that with paint you can't always get a get a good sig so you have to use an image.

Us sigmakers work hard on our sigs. In my personal opinion, yours doesn't even deserve to be rated as a sig you've made. 😬

Oh please, I'm not the only one who has done it, Will has and I'm sure there are others who have done it to. I have made sigs in the past but for now I'm using this picture as my sig. Not everyone hates it.

imay sound silly but how do i make a sig or getone 🙂 coz i tried putting a picture but it sed it was too big.

But he does have a point though, steve. I know some of my sigs are just a copy and paste job, but a lot of them I put effort into like the one I have now............

Well if you save it in paint then you have to make the size 150 and the width 450 and save it as JPEG.

A decent point. Most people's first sigs are copy/paste sort of things. Mine were too. No shame in that.

But HS6 has a point too...relatively speaking, it's not much to have to do to make it. And while I understand that sometimes it's all someone knows how to do, a low rating doesn't necessarily mean a bad sig. Like steve's for example. Essentially just a cut job from a Spidey comic, but very cool-looking nonetheless. So it's really just all a matter of persepctive.

I will start making sigs of my own soon, just not now. And it's not doing anyone any harm by copying and pasting a pic, so I think I'm entitled to do so with some of my sigs.

Bleh, this thread is pretty arbitrary anyway. It's still cool, but far from accurate. There's a "signature advice" thread in the sig forum. If anyone's really interested, they can post their stuff there and get things that are good/bad about it from some of the more experienced sig-makers on KMC. It might be kinda harsh compared to what we're used to here, but it's constructive. HS6, DC and myself are the only sig-forum regulars who show up in this thread often.
