First of all, the penis is not exactly built for apperence. It is an ugly, weird looking... appendage.

Second, women are far too shallow. So what if a guy is not circumcized? Does that really make a huge difference? No pun intended. But, not every piece of a females anatomy is built to perfection. No clitoris is like the next. I dont see a male complaining about that.
