well not all the times, sometimes it IS necessary........ but mostly for medical reasons.
Infection due to improper cleaning, build up of bacteria, this kinda infection is even worse if the guy is diabetic.
Even some sexual reasons, like foreskins that are too tight, so sex is actually painful.
Its not like I am saying its absolutely necessary, just that some people have to get it done. If they dont need to, dont bother bout it.
