Rising he stepped inside slowly looking around for a moment. Yes, he knew as well that he wouldn't be able to use his weapon here. It sort of was beyond annoying. Yet, he would remain content for now. Perhaps he could lead Strife away. Sure, thinking yourself to be one of the last SOLDIER's was in a way against your psyche, it only fueled Loire more. "Thank you sir." Loire's weapon remained concealed under the white cloak that ran up just above his upper lip.
It wasn't that difficult for Loire to peck at people's psyche. After all, he you could say could be responsible for some of the most strong witted people to be reduced to an emotional wreck. "Well, you're smarter then most say. I'm somewhat surprised. Yes, I am a SOLDIER. Who do you think replaced the general after his little 'disappearance'?"
This nearly brought a sickening feeling to Loire's stomach. "Do you really, I mean really think the general of Shin-Ra would be defeated that easily? He's basically bound to this world, along with you. So, I doubt you'll be permentatly killing him any time soon." At this Loire turned slowly around to face Cloud stepping quietly through the flower garden. He seemed almost dark as the moisture from the flowers rose up creating a sort of shimmer effect. His hair tossed slightly as well.
A sudden crash sounded as the red cloak figure landed quietly a few feet behind Loire. "Cloud. Do not fight this man yet. He still holds information which may be needed. I'll buy you time, so go." Loire turned around almost gracefully as he drew his scimitar. The blade was near remarkable, as it reflected the flowers along the ground on it's blade. "Whichever deserves to die first is fine with me." Vincent kept staring at Cloud before speaking once more. "Cloud. Take them to Tifa, all of them. I would like to speak to this man. Take down the barrier as well."
