A brief shadow would be seen just behind the figure holding Emma. Two red eyes could be seen as well, as a solid blue ribbon could be seen slicing the thing basically clean in half.

She felt her body being swallowed by the shadow, even though nothing really was happening to her. Something was trying to feed off of her fear, the fear of being swallowed into darkness. "i'm going to die." she cried out in a soft whisper. Only those that knew about the beast could actually see it. Others think that the person is delusional.

Emma still couldn't hear anything. She had no clue that people were there at all. The shadow still swallowed her up. She was helpless. The thing was dragging her away into the place she feared the most, an alley. She begged the creature to let go of her, but wouldn't listen.
