no, 3 stances. however, in the Order of the Jedi, {O}, that i'm a part of, we've found a way to use all vii, (well, 6, as none have yet Mastered form vii).

he was so powerful in the force he was able to master becoming a ghost with no guidance what so ever. He was trained by dooku, one of the best duelists at the time. He trained obi won who later became as great as qui gon. And yoda and mace treated him like an equal even though he was not on the council and there are people on the council who they did treat as inferior to them

you arent very perceptive i can tell because if you were than you would realise masters on the council thought of non council masters as servants that were powerful enough to do thecouncils bidding
They're Jedi, you nimrod. They don't see their fellows as inferior. That's your job. . .
And do you know what perceptive means? Because you can't be calling anyone lacking in that category when you're still around.

Biggest pile a' bull I've ever seen. He was trained by the Shaman of the Whills. There was guidance, and a good deal of it.
Who cares who trained him? Yoda trained the little wee younglings; they got slaughtered.
See above.
They treat everyone as equals. Although they have less trust in Anakin.
