In Round 3, you have the option to select 1 planet as your headquarters. If you do not select one planet, it will be assigned to you randomly.

(Xanatos has a whole bunch of info on him in the Jedi Apprentice series, which is all canon. i've compared facts from that with sw.com and other canon sources, so it's legit. i'll be able to make an arguement.)

You can distribute your generals any way you want. You can even seperate your generals from your forces, though that probably won't be wise and won't help you much in debates.

And you can't pick a planet just yet, you pick your planet WITH your Round 3 pick.

Why are we waiting for round 3 then?

We are waiting for Rand, Zayzia, and Somebody to pick their Round 2 characters and than we can go and pick our round 3 choices + a planet.

Because you don't know what those 3 may pick, so picking a guy may come between them and their choices. Even though they're slow, they have a right to have a pick. If they don't by tomorrow afternoon, round 3 will commence without them.
