where are from cuz you can go to jail. a 11 can only have sex with another 11, 12 can go with a 13, a 14 can with, and i forget 16. if you don't fallow the rules I'm pretty sure you can get jail time, you'd go to that one place minors go and then jail once you turn 18

I totally agree. If it wasn't rape, shes been really stupid too to say the least. Its up to girls as well to suggest using a condom and she should have though that he could get in serious trouble for sleeping with a minor (under 16) when he was 17.so its selfish in a way as well because shes not thought about possible consequences for him. If it wasnt rape, theyve both been stupid, i think thats fair to say

its fair blaming the guy but if she was willing then you cant automatically assume that she was raped..( the courts may see things differently)

True, but you can go to jail for having sex with a minor,meaning if they are under 16 and you are over, because it is seen as taking advantage and often classes as statutory rape.
