Thats a very good point. They are free which in my eyes means no excuses!!
And you're first point about people on benefits. Its unfortunate but very often people getting pregnant at that age often end up on benefits with working adults tax going towards supporting them and their baby, when they could have avoided it completely by getting FREE protection

A girl at my school got pregnant, total loser right and just cuz she's pregnant, every girl wanted to be her friend cuz they felt sorry for her. so it was all good for her
