It's not just precog, he's also clairavoyant and retrocognative. He also has the Voice, a form of mind control. If he's young/bipedal Leto, probably faster than Spiderman too. They don't call him God-Emperor for nothing.

Seems like people arn't trying to be too "street"

I dig the mixing of comic, scifi and fantasy characters, and going right up to the limits is cool. OTOH I like that we're sort of vetting (or not) one another's choices here, as we feel out/agree upon what those limits exactly are (with Dig. having the final word, of course.)

I think Leto II is a bit much. There're other Dune characters that would work though.

Ok, I'll PM the person who picked him and either try to work soemthing out or get him to pick someone else.

And keep in mind, many people in this tourney are well above "street". We're calling it a street-level tourney, but we're using the "powerful street" limits (which we've sorta defined ourselves). I hope no one is wildly over the limit...although I know a few are close.

Um, I think just a predator in general....I don't think he specified. The link should provide the info, but the equipment discussed was roughly the same for both people (shoulder cannon, etc.) so I assumed they were pretty similar.
