Last day to switch your picks will be Friday. After Friday, unless a character is banned for some reason, all picks are final. The thread going up tomorrow (Wed) we'll determine everyone's amalgam name, his starting equipment, and making any notes needed to explain the amalgam's powers and limitations.

We have guys who can hit at least 50MPH (anyone with ehanced strength can get close to this). American Eagle is at 65, Kenshin Himura is around 100, and Spider-Man, being about 100x stronger than a normal person, can hit these speeds too. Anyone with a strong guy, fast guy, or teleporter doesn't have to worry much about his speed.

The destructive power of Banshee's blasts will be capped at around a high-level Cyke blast. We'll have it so there's visible ripples to make it possible to avoid. The arc of the blasts will be determined by which direction Banshee is facing, and will be less powerful outside the arc (i.e. if you're behind Banshee 10 feet or so if won't really harm you it'll just be a hella-loud scream). But a frontal blast will do full damage, and the arc will ensure that's it's hard to completely dodge blows...perhaps just lessen their intensity by jumping to the side.
