Yes that's good. Then abortion can be decided state-by-state like it should be.

Umm... no... bad. Abortion should be decided case-by-case by the individuals in the situation.

I don't see anything wrong with a state by state basis.

Wrong again, abortion should be privately funded. Allowing liberals to pat themselves on the back for contributing to thier cause in the name of free rights, conservatives can sigh in relief in not feeling responsible for murder, and it stabilizes the economy a tad because less tax money is being spent on hospitals..

What the hell does the funding of abortions have to do with the right of the women to have an abortion.

Think about it, but it being a tax thing, we who don't approve of it are having our hard-earned money go into something we wouldn't otherwise put it in. That's un-American and un-acceptable. It's bad enough we have to accept the fact that abortion is not only nesscarey sometimes, but mostly acceptable in society's view, but then we have to pay for it too?! No.. It should be privately funded to have an abortion, medical doctors to still peform it, but it would not be through tax dollars. This would help SpellJammer sleep better at night, but not take away the right to an abortion so as no-one can complain..

And people who don't approve of exorbitant neocon military spending or the Iraq war see their hard earned money go into exorbitant neocon military spending and the Iraq War. Does Spelljammer like double standards as much as he likes talking about himself in third person?

SpellJammer wasn't for the war neither, so where's the double standard?

If anything it's just balance to The Force. You have your means of murder, they have thier's. Atleast the people they send out to die lived a good life, the fetuses never stood a chance..

But if it were up to SpellJammer, we never would've gone into this war. It's just like Korea. You can't change those people, so why bother? So attack someone else with your stupid liberal rants please, SpellJammer is just an "independant" thinker..

What is a Chief Justice? what dose he do? why are you screwed now?

Anyone hear of Libertarians?

How in the hell does funding have anything to do with it? The people who support Roe v. Wade being over turned have never mentioned money as the reason. It's their fanatical devotion to the bible that has caused this problem.

Perhaps the example of taxes is more appropriate. My parents sent me to private school my whole life. During all those years, they paid taxes to fund my public school education. This is money they paid to send other kids to school. So, my parents paid for my education twice.

There is a difference between "independant thinking" and "off the wall thinkning". Privately funded?...this isn't social security Mr. President.

Hearings for Rehnquist replacement

If you watch the Daily Show you've probably already heard this.

Sen. Tom Coburn puts down the enthralling crossword puzzle momentarily to actually do his job.

When came time to speak Coburn launched into a smarmy spiel getting all choked up.
"When I ponder our country and its greatness, its weaknesses, its potential, my heart aches for less divisiveness, less polarization, less finger pointing, less bitterness, less mindless partisanship, which at times sounds almost hateful to the ear of Americans."

2004 election: "It's a battle of good vs. evil."
"I favor the death penalty for abortionists and other people who take life." (Coburn has performed abortions before)
"The gay community has infiltrated the very centers of power in every area across this country, and they wield extreme power. Why do you think we see the rationalization for abortion and multiple sexual partners? That's a gay agenda."
