(RECAP)
Both pelicans deployed, Sierra Squad, Ten and Nuron in one pelican, driven my Lt. Garrison. Bravo squad, King Dubya’s character and Blood Flower’s character are in the other. They landed, Sierra squad set up a defensive perimeter around the LZ, 2 50 cals (I have squad lay out posted farther back, PM for exact page). Ten lead bravo squad into the outpost, Bravo squad is now dead save for Blood Flower and King Dubya. Garrison got the survivors, but Ten fell out and is now Holding position by a building with Nuron. Huon and Ashwood got captured by Covenant and taken to there base, almost immediately Shxzalor showed up. Grabbed both Huon and Ashwood and “rescued” them, they are now both on the drop ship above the humans really strong tanks.
OOC: (Final Sepharim, how would you hit a ship at that distance, they are in high orbit, by the time the projectile arrived the ship would be thousand of kilometers away.)
(Supatroopa, the Iron Fist is running for escape vector cause its under attack, how did you get on the ship so fast, firstly your pellican is way to slow to catch up, plus the time it would take to get into space in the first place. By what you wrote, you, in less than two minutes, flew out into space AGAINST the gravity, caught a ship that is much faster than your pelican while two covvie battle cruisers are whaling away at it, docked, and are now almost at the bridge?!?! And even if that was possible you abandoned every person on the planet. 😄 You’re a great Rper, this post is a unique incident, try to keep within…possible actions and time frames there shall we?)
Shxzalor ducked under the swing, he could feel the heat of his enemies blade above him, and could hear its metallic hum. Zanolar’s second was young…and impatient. He came up, ramming a shoulder into his chest plate, knocking his foe of his feet and stabbed, but the spec ops rolled to the side dodging his blade, which bit into earth and burned part of the field, starting a fire. No matter, this planets climate will put this fire out, the humans first settlement was flooded after all. His enemy tried an upper cut, but Shxzalor blocked and their swords sparked and smoked as they came together, unstoppable force meeting unstoppable force. He kicked out sending his foe back. “Drop ship, move to the outpost and reinforce the humans there. Two of their own are on that ship (Ashwood and Huon), they wont shoot.”
“HERETIC!” The spec ops roared and charged with renewed fury and rage, “TRAITOR!” Using his supreme strength for his weight (Elites are stronger than most people realise, in one fight an elite nearly overpowered the chief) he battered at Shxzalor’s sword which flew to the side and landed in the field, sparking another fire, this one blazing intensely. Shxzalor dove into the flames, which were spreading at an alarming rate, his shields, also red in place of blue, flaring brightly. The spec ops smiled, “Fool…” and moved back to the tank, which would have trouble tracking him at such a close proximity. He avoided the guns, (In relation to my earlier question, how many MAC rounds can this thing hold?) and started to rip the armor apart with his sword.
Behind him the flames parted revealing our hero, his shields at burnt out and he was on fire in a few places, his eyes blazed with anger, and his sword was now attached to his wrist, a second blade attacked to his other wrist. He swung from both sides, sliding his blades down the Spec Ops, cutting of his hands then butchering his chest. He rose, breathing harder than normal, his black armor outlined with gold shining brightly in the sun, he nodded in the direction of the tank, a human expression shared by the Elites. Could they hear him? “Human, your allies need your help inside your…constructions.”
Above them the drop ship turned slowly, the two Elites holding Huon and Ashwood telling them to remain calm, “We are here to help.”
