He dives out of the way of bullets... He doesn't pull Matrix sh!t and dodge them after they are fired. Cap has survived plenty of big attacks in his time. Bullets among the least of them. Not just anyone leads the Avengers.

Oh yes. Snake is actually a Superman type of guy with control of the elements. So silly of me. I too hath seen the light... The all powerful mullet conquers everything.

As a matter of fact, no. He hit him up-close. First, he shot his web-shooters OFF OF HIS WRISTS, and then while Spidey was still calling into question his ability to do anything like that again, Frank tagged him in the chest with a mercy round.
I've seen Spidey dodge attacks, too, but I declare that as PIS and insist that it was all for the purposes of the storyline, since that's a popular argument to use. 😉
Also, every single time Punisher ever lost was PIS and all for the purposes of the storyline, imo. Hey, this is fun! 😄

No sigh, I'm not saying that either.
Horribly innacurate, do you need spidermans stats, because we can use plot devices all day and long, and argue PIS.
class 15, 15x faster, more agile, 20x reflexes, and has precognition.
This is a rough account for a hypothetical debate, if I'm going to say "x beat xx" all over again, then why participate.
Seeing what the characters are capable of, AND adhering to the rules, how does the opposing side win?
