Last time I checked, Batman uses batarangs, not Throwing Stars.
And either way, have you seen professional card throwers? They're accurate as hell. I've seen a guy throw a card and hit an apple so hard it lodged itself deep into it. From the throw. That's just the power, too.
Card throwing is extremely accurate.
I'm going with Gambit here. Yes I am a Gambit fan but he really does have most of the advantages here. Batman is smarter but I don't think that will help much with no prep time. Batman might try sneaking but Gambit is pretty good in that area as well. Batman could throw gadgets but Gambit has dodge bullets and deflected them before so I think he could handle gadgets. Batman would be overwhelmed by the explosions as well since this city is empty Gambit won't mind blowing whatever up.
Could Batman just be outclassed here?

There is no way Batman throws his batarangs with more accuracy than Gambit. Gambit makes a living out of it.
He's also fast enough and accurate enough to hit a trip wire on small nuclear bomb at 50 feet before the person holding it can even react enough to push the button and destroy it.

Oh and Gambit wins. That kick Batman gave to the Hulk that knocked the wind out the "the Hulk" for crying out loud was sheer stupidity. Anyone who supports that cross-over has no business on any Wolverine hate threads.

* got some point there... Gambit ain't that accurate in throwing cards, while Bats was throwing gadgets all his Batlife... Bats got the edge on experience... Bats' flaw is his insanely long and wide cape, LOL... Gambit can easily charge that...
