Wow you all are kidding right? Vader wins hands down, in suit or out. He has more wisdom and more sheer power overall.(By sheer power I mean by force and lightsaber skills.) Remember the graghics weren't that great in the 70-80's versions. So you can't say he lacked force power, and I might go as far as saying Dooko was slightly better in light saber dueling, but the winner would come out on force technique/ability and that winner will be vader hands down.
