a Full Potential flash would not even be seen by rkt cause a Full Potential flash would have the entire speed force folwing in him. he would be so fast he would be like a god himself a god of speed that could suck all of rkts speed. or stand in one spot then when rkt comes at him he increases the speed of him so much rkt loeses controll of himself and then he cant fight were wally can still fight and move faster then him.
or wally just does not do any of that and still wins cause his speed would be unlimited

There is a flahs respect thread on some other website which shows some crazy feats. Ex. outrunning death,time travel(he once traveled to a time where superman was a comic book character within the comic),traveling to beginning of time,etc.... all were on panel too. I will try and find it so i can link it here. Oh and i beleive that was regualr flash doing all this.
