ROTS Obi-Wan vs. Cin Drallig

I don't see what is wrong with it in places where it doesn't contradict the movie. It is actually agreeing with it in that battle with Cin, but yes, in any places it contradicts the movie, I blow it off.

Actually, from the way I've seen it in print, it does contradict the scene, since it shows the scene totally different from what was in movie (And I watched the scene more than a few times to make sure)

Your new name confuses me I keep reading it douze.

janus whats up with the deus ex name? who the hell is that

I think Cin takes this through sheer power and lightsaber skills.

I agree with Simus

It's pronounced Day-us Ex

I say Kenobi has this for sure... more battle experience... greater force power... and a lightsaber style that would allow him to wear down a skillful opponent like Cin Drallig... Kenobi isn't considered one of the top Jedi for nothing.

Just my two cents.

I'm glad you told us because that would've driven me crazy

You're welcome.

This is lame. Vader beat Cin with one hand while fending off two other Padawans at the same time. Obi-Wan beat Vader. How simple can it get?

Obviously you didn't see the three second hologram. Anakin exchanges two swipes with Cin. There is NO kill. And the temple was filled to the brim with stormtroopers. And FYI, Anakin was choking a padawan with his bare hand, not "fending off two other padawans".

So yeah, it's not that simple.

So you think Cin would win? And he was fending off Cin and 2 Padawans at once. I never said he was fending them off with his saber.

I don't know actually. He should be good (The other lightsaber trainer... what's his name from Shadow Hunter... he was pretty damn good), so he would put up a fight. But ROTS Obi-Wan is pretty damn skilled and has the most hands-on experience to date.

I believe it was Anoon Bondara.

Yup, that's right. But was she a lightsaber trainer?

"HE" was the master of Darsha Assant. So to answer your question no.

He was a trainer of sorts, I remember that much, and was reputed to be very good in the order. A prodigy of sorts.

And he gave Maul a pretty good challenge IMO.

I still need to finish that book, but i put it down halfway through.

Tell me when you finish the book.
