Nope, I like the way I look, being extra big is pointless to me and serves no purpose. 😬 I don't want my body working against me.

My bodyfat is 2% which is good, I'm not going to bother with the other stuff.

Bodybuilders easily go as low as 5%

Bodysculpters like me go even lower.

And just because a person is thin doesn't necessarily mean low bf. Ryan Reynolds had to drop his that low for the blade movie.

Yes a body builder might do that for the week of a competition, he will return to th 8 to 12 range immediatly after.

most are around 7 to 8 unless elite even in competition

That's because most are big and more out of shape off season and they cut weight/fat in season. I work out every single day. I'm not a "bodybuilder", I'm a bodysculpter, my goal is to keep my bodyfat low, not to increase my mass. I know the regime of bodybuilders because I've entered some competitions myself.

i'm ok, routine is slow but seems to be working...

My routine stopped being a routine about 10 months ago ... now it's just a memory.

Hey i work out every day too, ohh about a little over an hour or two..
Mostly doing it for definition, not over doing the weight lifting..

Because you like to look good and be healthy. Which is more important, particularly with the style I do.

About 140 or so, which is a good weight for me.
