Not to mention at 2% body fat your body does crazy things like you tend to get sick, joint pains, no energy, long recovery times etc etc. BB hit 2-3 for a show day and that last about ho hum 12-24 hours lol.
Good lulck with that though.
I don't simply dip, I maintain it year round by doing cardio (which removes fat from the lower parts of my body and abdomen) and working out.
I don't try to lose fat that bad, I just get in shape really quickly because my muscles naturally repair, it's not as odd as you think to have 5% or lower bf, naturally I have maybe 5-6% bodyfat. I'm alot more veiny and toned now...

5'8 or so.
I don't care about my weight that much because it isn't important to me. 😬

Sorry for the double post but;People with more lean muscle can sustain lower body fat percentages for longer with less side-effects. Our 112 was 2-4% the entire season, he ran a lot and had a killer metabolism. Some people are just built that way.
Yes, my metabolism is quite high. Even in what Flame On posted, the author knew people who maintained a 3-5% bodyfat year round. So one percent isn't a huge difference.
Movie Stars might have to dip that low as well sometimes.
