There's a difference between just big muscles and strength.Some of the strongest people I've ever wrestled weren't big.
But yes, I agree it's not skill so much as speed. It's different and people don't like to differentiate.
I was just saying that being a big bulky weight lifter isn't a requirement, and the guys who hype it up as a requirement for being a good wrestler oftentimes aren't half as good as they claim.
Shit, everyone knows the most important physical attribute of a wrestler is their cardio anyways.
But cardio is always more important, and i dont have bulky muscles, all my strength was always core, and legs, not arms or upper back,i would say that strength doesnt matter, but i got slave genes, Im naturally strong, so i really dont know what it feeels like to be muscled, unless the guy is like 200+
