montross vs. canderous

exactly, which also means that he was a shell of a mandalorian, wearing a shell of their armor, to easily slain by a jedi. This all adds up to mean that he was weak compared to the ancient mandalorians, and would certianly loose to their leader.

Oh, and Glentract, I could be wrong, but aren't the Mandalorians a species?

No, the Mandalorians were a group of warriors. No specific species.

No the Mandelorians are a species... Not a group of warriors. This made pretty clear in Kotor I and how Mira talks about them in Kotor II

like the sith they were a species who became an order

Not really... The Mandelorians stayed a species until the end.

Candarous wins, the Mandalorians have grown weaker over time, when Kreia said what would happen to them, she said that "They will die a death that will last millennia, until all that remains is their code, their history, and, in the end, the shell of their armor upon the shell of a man, too easily slain by Jedi.” So if she does not even consider Jango to be a true Mandalorian, and by the sounds of it, he was weaker than even the weakest Mandalorians, then the leader of those Mandalorians would own Jango, who owned Montross. To keep it simple, Montross has no chance.

Actually, now that I think of it, the PT jedi are very weak if Jango is hardly considered a Mandalorian, yet he was more than a match for many jedi and was considered to be very deadly by Mace himself. Doesn't speak well for the PT jedi

Hardly anything does...

well, yeah, you had to be the species to be in the group, but if they weren't part of the group, they wouldn't still be considered "mandalorian", they would be like, weak dishonarable blood traitors or something.

No not Mandelorians, Fighting alongside with Mandelorians, yes. Weaponbrothers even comrades in arms but Mandelorians? No. A none Mandelorian would never become a Mandelorian. As honourable as a warrior he or she may become, it will never be a Mandelorian.

I wonder why Zach isnt answering my PMs 😐

Starwars.com list Canderous Ordo as a human. Jango is listed as human too.

well, canderous is mostly made of steroids anyway

True, but they call them "Stims" and "implants". His multi-stim-implant in KOTOR II is sick. He is an amazingly powerful character.

Anyways, Mandalorians are human, they just have a certain culture. If they were a species, they would have to be incredibly numerous, since so many died in wars over the millenia. And the newer ones would be dilluted in the blood from the lack of Mandalorian DNA to go around.

Hmm dude Mira talks about them as if they were a species.. They probably are a species.

Not species, really. Perhaps race would be a better title. And there can be different races in the human megarace.

They are like the Sith. They started out as a species, the species died out and some humans thought about taking the title.

Race would be a good word, however when you look at Races amongst humans its mostly just a colour difference..

The mandelorians have more differences from the normal humans, but yes I still agree with this. The Mandelorians are a different race.

exactly, thats what i tried to say.

anyway this is a little off topic, does everyone think that canderous would win?

Yes
