To be fair, the only reason Shatterstar cut Juggs is simply that his swords' magic negated Cytorrak's magic, (yeah, something ritahded like that) so it was the equivalent of normal metal and flesh against adamantium. He's pretty skilled but nothing a true, uber experienced blademaster shouldn't handle. 😉
I'd probably say Wolverine though. While his healing factor does many things that the very system behind it contradicts, (a Dieseled version of human healing) he "still does them". The cries of a billion fanboys regenerate him. Rowr. Still, with what he's shown, nothing short of a full scale nuclear strike should phase him in the least. (cmon... Hulk smashing the ground with a tree hard enough to create a mushroom cloud has at LEAST the destructive power of a nuke. Wolverine is officially on my "wicked ritahded " list)

ummm maybe now's not the best time but.... wolverine's survived a full yeild nuke at groud zero too..... 😕
