this is true perhaps its due to the way the mosaic gene complex works, sometimes gayness is not fullblown in the phenotype?

'Gayness' can't be 'fullblown in the phenotype', because it refers to an attraction to the same sex.

Yes, hang on. I did a study on it once. 😕

I wasn't making that point at all- merely that it would be hard for 'gayness' to have a phenotypical manifestation that would reveal that person's sexuality.

I think the only answer to this broad quesiton can be 'both'. There are obviously instances of both sources.
