He's shown martial art skills surpassing Ryu's by miles. He can move like blurs and was fast enough to disable someone smoking a cigarette with a chop to the neck and disappear from the scene before the cigarette landed on the ground. That's just combat speed by the way.
Still though...Ryu pwns him. He's a high/god tier SFer.
