Most Badass: Exiles Hyperion - the pic of him holding Thor dead by the neck was just plain AWESOME.
Most Psychotic/Insane: Exiles Hyperion - he called Holocaust "Candy"
Most Ruthless: Exiles Hyperion - he killed EVERYONE in his universe.
Most Intelligent: Mr. Sinister or Dr. Doom - their both super-genius.
Physically Strongest: Galactus - he's just the master.
Coolest Looking: Tyrant - his claws and stuff are awesome.
Most Overrated: Onslaught - he lost to Hulk, but people say he can beat Apocalypse.
Most Underrated: Apocalypse - he stalemated HE, but people say he'd lose to Onslaught.
Most Misunderstood: Galactus - he doesnt want to kill planets, he NEEDS to in order to survive.
Most Successful: Exiles Hyperion - he ruled the M'Kraan Crystal Palace.
Most Evil: Insane Genis-Vell - he was the personification of Evil practically.
Your Favorite: Exiles Hyperion - he's just too cool not to like.
Most Badass: Carnage
Most Psychotic/Insane: The Joker
Most Ruthless: The Joker
Most Intelligent: Apocalypse/Dr. Doom
Physically Strongest: Doomsday
Coolest Looking: Hm...get back to me
Most Overrated: Too many to name...

Most Misunderstood: Grundy, wtf is up with him? lol
Most Successful: None, but if I had to pick, probably Doomsday or Galactus
Most Evil: Lex Luthor

Most Badass: Thanos. Stalemating Tyrant, who just finished pwning Surfer and a whole team of guys was pretty sweet. Dude went even with Odin.
Most Psychotic/Insane: 2nd the joker.
Most Ruthless: Darkseid. See most evil.
Most Intelligent: Tie between Doom & Apocalypse
Physically Strongest: Maestro, the future Hulk. Best I could think of without going into power cosmic.
Coolest Looking: Fernus. when you are on fire, 100 feet tall, people get out of the way. especially if you just beat the justice league into the ground.
Most Overrated: Imperiex.
Most Underrated: Apocalypse. The man is consistently underutilized and underwritten.
Most Misunderstood: Galactus doesn't really count as a villain, so I'll go with Doomsday. Hey, if you'd been killed an infinite number of times and ressurected, you'd be pissed too.
Most Successful: Dr. Doom. Has actually taken over worlds a few times, and actually got bored with it and decided to go home because he was homesick.
Most Evil: Darkseid. It's one thing to be evil. It's another to exile your dad to the source wall, kill your brother for god-like power, and then kill your mother for the hell of it. Hell, put Joker in as well. 'The killing joke' was pretty sadistic.
Your Favorite: Apocalypse. and Omega Red. Partly because of marvel vs. capcom 2. OMEGA DESTROYER! 😆
