Most Psychotic/Insane:Cassandra nova, this chick hates mutants like hitler hates the jews ok? not even joking, and the joker, this guy gets off on pain, death, suffering, and makes a joke about it, all cause he's crazy and mentally damaged because of his personal losses, when he was emperor joker he also ate all of china YOU HEARD ME. Most Ruthless:Cassandra nova killed i dont know how many mutants just for kicks, the joker he kills anyone doesnt matter who you are what your age is if you did anything to him if you didnt, his personal loses have transformed him into a psycho of levels so dark that even the most powerful villains fear him. Anti-monitor he ate 1000 universe with out a second thought. Thanos he screwed up his own granddaughter for death when he had the IG gauntlet. Outside of marvel and dc i think mr hyde fits the bill you should read the league of extraordinary gentalmen its like they picked the devil to team up with them and you should see what he does to the invisible man, the invisible man giggles like a loon because he is one he also sold out the earth when the martians invaded, he's also a rapist, and has no qualms with bashing your face in with a shovel.
Most Intelligent: Thanos he's brilliant and makes doom look like a punk when it comes to the brilliance department. And Lucifer Morningstar as smart as thanos is he makes thanos look like what i just said thanos makes doom look like ya get me? Doom is the smartest human villain i know of on earth, beside him i think Fu Manchu diserves to be here, he's smart enough that he created his own exlier to prolong his life perhaps forever, he also was able to counter a sky attack before planes were even invented using kites, dr moriority is also extremly ingelligent having built that sky ship in his day and age.
Physically Strongest: desperro NEEDS to be here he freaking man handled powergirl, green lantern (not corps member) wonder women superman, captain mervel, martian manhunter, kyle rayner, and toss in hourman HE WAS BEATING THERE ASSES ALL AT ONCE, then they tried dropping the rock of eternity on him........he held it up. Beside despero i think the saint of sinners should be here, his power is scary he cannot be hurt CANNOT, he's taken a nuke, had a mountain fall on him, defeated hundreds of men, and a betallian or group of soldiers, HE never got a single scratch on him while doing this, a simple shove is enough to knock a normal man out making you bleed. Most Successful: doom, he is a villain yet because he's a dictator the super heros cant do crap to him, he's also a genious, he's an ******* but he is successful, thanos he's succesful sept he keeps losing his successes but its all subconcious, emperor charon he succesfully took over an entire universe, lucifer morningstar they really boned him in the ending of his serious but screw the writers who thought that was a good way to end his story, he achieved making his own multiverse AND IT WAS A MULTIVERSE READ LUCIFER NIRVANA
