Nope, the closer they are the better his chances. But even within mellee distance she can still summon lighnting effectivelly. Just how fast is his reaction time compared to let's say spider-man?

Rlaamjr.. storm MISSED rouge with the lightning boltin that scan. Unless you mean to show us how awesome storm is at blasting the dirt at her feet, then your scan is irrelevant. Your scan actually favours carnage, because as was posted earlier (and you're a guy who clearly can't read properly) rouge managed to put her hands on storm, and then storm missed with lightning. If rouge was replaced by carnage, there wouldn't be a storm left in that scenario.

The scan is completely irrelevant because it really doesn't show a combat situation.
Storm honestly can't fight Carnage at melee range. There's an old scan of Wolverine with storm flying around him as fast as she can, and Wolverine one swipes her cape off of her without hurting her, while standing in a casual stance.
Carnage could more than likely do the same thing .. but with her skin rather than the cape. Not that Storm would be flying around him at that close a range with Carnage...
