As Marvel officially says: HE IS NOT IMMORTAL. He can die after massive lost of flesh, vitally main organs and/or blood. He was also easely kill by Sentinel in "Paradise X - Heralds" (remeber, that was his older, much more experienced version, more smart an' so on so far... (;-)). Wolvy surviving the nuke - this is just another Marvel's bug.
