The card can hurt him sure but knock him out? Not likely. Can four of them thrown at him from behind knock him out? Not a chance! And that was bone claw Wolverine, his healing factor should have had him in tip top shape before he even hit the ground.

Ok. Let's assume that 3-4 cards won't knock Wolverine. Gambit could just play keep away by throwing everything at Wolverine until Gambit wins by incapacitation, ring out, or immobilization.

Gambit is going to need a hell of a lot more the 52 cards to keep Wolverine down. And thats assuming everyone manages to hit Wolverine before Wolverine closes the gap and brings the fighting into melee.
