He can try use a lot internal attacks in hulk blood and brain. Also he has powerfull energy beans.

When you get down to it only what they can and can't do then its much easier to figure out. Their bad ass but what Magneto can do and what Hulk can do are two different things. What onslaught can do and what Magneto can do are two different things. What the Hulk can do and britanny spears are two different things... I think. But what Magneto can do VS what Hulk can do its game over in straight up head vs head it would be easier to figure out. Comic vs comic idea is that Hulk would win cause that is how an epic battle would ensue and thats why comics sell.
Hulk is strong but Mags can control several basic physcis as seen in several comics. Unified field theory=game set match. not fair but the fight dosn't have to be fair.

Hulk wins, just because he is too powerful. He will shrug off Magneto's attacks so easily that Magneto will die of an aneurysm long before Hulk is even pissed off.
Hulk could simply ThunderClap KO/Kill Magneto, given the level of force he can project with that attack.
As for bfr, Hulk would rip any forcefield he was enveloped in, far too fast for that.
It took Master Order (one half of I-B) over half his energy to contain a fairly calm Hulk, and we've seen characters like The Collector, The High Evolutionary and others, fail to contain Hulk, so no way is Magneto doing it for even a moment.
