He has one of the worst voices, if anything. Even when he was good in Sabbath, his voice was an acquired taste, now it's just shit.
It's different because it's shit, different and unique do not mean "Good". You liking him the best does not mean he has the best voice. In terms of singing ability, he has one of the very worst. In terms of subjectivity, I find it hard to call the man's current ability anything but dreadful.
He was in Sabbath, he isn't anymore. People would do well to remember this.

I would have actually said he was better when he went on his own than when he was in Sabbath. He stutters when he talks normally, but when he gets on stage and starts goin, he gives me chills, nobody could replicate it. How is it shit?

Because he sounds like he's dying, it's so embarassing and rather sad.
He's struggling every time he's on that stage.
Nobody would WANT to replicate it. If you like it, I question your taste but that's your choice. Technically his voice is nowhere near the best, so you can't say nobody can touch him. There are many better vocalists.

I would actually like to question your taste in music and vocals, it better not be that emo screamo crap, that is just terrible, I can't even listen to a part of it!
I have watched him on stage many times, and I have never seen him struggling, I see him performing great music and entertaining the crowd. I also cannot see the whole "dying" part either, so I would like to know what you have been listenning to to say he sounds like he's dying.

I don't know much? I know enough to know that that is what it is called nowadays. Basically guys yelling and screaming about how bad their life is. Bugs the hell out of me.
Well, if you don't like his voice so much, that IS his music, so why would you be listenning to something you don't like in the first place? I didn't like some of the covers he did, and I hated his daughter's song, but the rest were all good. You should have listenned to some of it before buying it. People at music stores usually don't mind if you ask to listen to it first, I have done it many times.

What do you mean? I don't constantly listen to it, but I've heard it just from being into music. I love Sabbath, I hate his solo stuff and his modern stuff is just disgraceful.
Listening before I buy isn't a problem, I don't need to always. I don't even own his covers album, but I've heard songs from it and it's just horrifying.

If you think he sounds good to you, then that's up to you. I think he sounds awful and the only reason he gets credit is cos he's Ozzy. If it was anyone else, he'd not be getting praise. That said, there are people who have been around as long or longer and don't sound as bad.

Listen to Paranoid nowadays. The tone is off, he's singing fast to try to keep up because he can't catch his breath. When Sabbath headlined Download 05, the band were praised, Ozzy's vocals were not.
Regardless, he's not a good singer in terms of ability, he never was. He used to just have a good voice, now it's gone.

Have you heard the song hyper chondriac music? it's a B-side, but I think it demonstrates Bellamy's singing ability very well indeed.
