When they speak proper English, and not saying, yo yo yo, they are acting white, by other blacks. although i don't agree with you about the whole rare occasion thing(there alot of black successful people child just to let you know) i have a mexican friend that can't speak spanish hardly and he speaks very proper english and responds to adults as yes ma'am and yes sir but all the other mexicans call him a white boy or some spanish bad name or something....but any way you really need a reality check....you're more ignorant than me..... and that's really hard to come by when you're here at kmc ....most of what you said made me sick...sorry but it just does... 😘

I think the term 'race' is a little bit self-defeating, when applied to various subsections of humanity.

It's a flawed taxonomy. It would be craziness to subdivide the various types of spider into spider-races, rather than simple subsets.

The fundamental stupidity is that in, for example, the case of spiders, there are a lot of genuine differences; in humans it is aesthetic for the most part, with very limited other discrepancies that are of little consequence.

It's not so much bull terrier and German Shepherd, as two differently coloured bull terriers.

I don't consider myself a racist, I couldn't care less what colour of skin a person has and I abhor people who have nothing better to do with their time than hate people for their skin colour. I'm white and I'd rather walk past a gang of black kids than a single white skinhead any day of the week.

I'm irish, and for hundreds of years we were second class citizens in the british empire... our language and culture was made ILLEGAL... anyone found speaking irish was arrested and most likely shot...

our accmplishments in winning our freedom have as much right to be celebrated as anyone elses...

and just as a side note... until 30 years ago ireland was 99% white...

Ok let me chime in...I don't approve of the idea of Affirmative Action. It's a very bad quick-fix solution to a problem that need a lot of time to put right. It is very counter-productive.

I hate whiners. I hate black people who whine about being treated unfairly, I hate white people who whine about black people, I hate black and white people who whine about their jobs being outsourced to India.

Everybody feels the world is owed to them...I say STFU and just play the card you were dealt. The cream of the crop always rises to the top...whether you're white, black, brown, yellow, etc.

I have no idea how this thread became solely about affirmative action - when that was a minor portion of the initial post - or how it became pr's flirtfest lol. The first post of this thread is just a big b*tchfest: About how someone is being oppressed because they can't use derogatory terms for other races.

Or pre-judging southern Europeans for their culture, calling them stupid. Discrimination against Jews and Catholics? You don't see them complaining.

Blame Africa, they were the ones who sold slaves for their own economic growth.

I'd like to know which pieces of history the person who wrote this would like to preserve. Disenfranchisement of blacks? Disenfranchisement of women? Segregation? Criminalisation of homosexuality? Lynch mobs? Slavery?
