Get ready for New-America..
It's true what this guy said on FOX today, people in this country are too dependant on credit and "later". Thier constant abuse of trying to ignore thier problems or blame them on somebody else has come back to bite them in the ass, and now with rising deubts, low-oil supplies, and a spoiled nation. America will most likely start to turn into a socialism. Because if SpellJammer knows Americans like he does, the large sum of the population will max-out thier credits and put themselves in a botomless pit of deubt, the credit card companies might take away thier houses and stuff, and people will complain. (And ofcourse, liberals will blame "the coporate fatcats" and not "the dumbass civillians"..)
Evidently, only two choices will be left, leave the power up to the coporate elite. Which would really be pretty self-defeating, as with so many poor people who have no means to pay for anything, how long will THAT last? Evidently they'd have to move thier coporate asses somewhere else to get any sortof perk out of it..
So that leaves the only viable choice of a socialism. Now, SpellJammer knows you liberals are like "it's about damn time!" but no. SpellJammer ran a country online and KNOWS how socialism works. His people were poor as hell, the only reason we weren't starving was cause SpellJammer's country did alot of illegal, and hanus things to obtain money. We were more like an underground mafia syndicate then a goverment. And yet we STILL struggled to have enough for medicare, social security, and other things the left seems to think will come with ultimate equality.So much so practicaly no money was going into weapons development. Ofcourse that's not a good thing to be planning the demise of other countries, but screw you. SpellJammer worked damn hard and did everything he could to keep your asses from starving to death, we're going to build weapons to get back at those who pushed us around before.. So now SpellJammer is slowly implementing a libertarian movement. This will raise the economy, let everyone live well (if they aren't stupid..), and allow mwah to develop WMDs! Everybody wins! 😄 (Sept for SpellJammer's enememies ofocurse. Heheheheheheh..)
ANYWAY, the point is with the way things are developing, we most likely WILL become a socialism. And it won't be "to each according to thier ability, to each according to thier need", no sucker, it's going to be "we're all dirt poor, and life sucks more then usual"..
