Hinata looked towards the girl, her shy eyes closed as she handed her another serving of rice. She refilled her tea cup as well, watching her silently. She hoped the girl would stay. It was quite cold out and food was scarce if you were on your own. She turned suddenly as a sound disrupted her thoughts. Her father... He was probably very disapointed with her, as always. She sighed and turned, opening her mouth to explain, but shut it quickly when she saw the younger face of her nnow ten year old sister, something of a prodigy in the Hyuga compound. Her sister, surprisingly, took it quite well that it was Hinata, and not she that was the hiress. Hinata remembered long ago when her father had described her as ' weaker than Hanabi, four years her junior '. Now Hanabi was learning to be a ninja as well, and showed quite promising results. Hinata looked away, trying not to let this upset her.

" Hinata. Please come here...it's really important!"

She looked at her sisters younger face, now twisted with aggrivation. She nodded at the female ninja before her and followed her sister outside.

" Hinata, i was practicing my Byakugan" She paused, tears stinging her eyes. " Neji's in trouble! "

Hinata looked up, alarmed, and used her own Byakugan. She placed her hands together, and cried out.
" Byakugan! "
Her eyes widened, and her sister watched her carefully, and then nodded. Hanabi closed her eyes for a moment, and immitated Hinata's exact movements.
" BYAKUGAN! "
The whites of her eyes expanded over the lavender pools around them. Hers reached farther then Hinata's, so sh etried to be quick as not to upset her sister. Neji was far out of range now.

" They...they took him! I know it! " She cried, returning to her normal state. Hinata did as well, now panicked.
" Hanabi, who did? Who took him?"
" Well i was practicing my Byakugan, and i caught a foreign chakra, so i followed it, but it was alot stronger then mine. I sensed Neji's too, but now it's gone! They took him! "

Hinata's eyes narrowed as she glared down. She and her cousin were finally getting along. That had taken so long to achieve. Even then though....She wouldn't let somone hurt him. Never.

" Hanabi, go home, tell father to alert the rest of the compound."

Hanabi nodded and turned quickly, running as fast as she could back to her home. Hinata looked up. She had Neji's christmas gift in her pocket. She reached in to get it, and was surprised when she felt a coldness touch her sensitive fingers. She pulle dout the crystalic ice bird. Neji's present had fallen atop its head in the small bag, the string sclinging on.

" I'll find you Neji. I promise. "

She whispered, dashing into the forest.

Meanwhile, back at the compound Hanabi left a note on the table, and ran out after her sister. A triumphant grin crossed her face. Her first ninja mission...and she wasn't even a genin. The young academy student looked away suddenly.
" Don't worry Neji. You'll be ok..Hinata will make sure of it. I will too."
She placed a hand gently on her forhead. One day, soon enough, she would do the smae movement and feel her ninja headband on it.

Hinata looked at Ryu, turning abruptly knocking his hand away. She blushed.
" Im sorry! It's, it's Neji! I have to help! "
She continued running when suddenly she stopped. A poisonous needle whizzed past her ear, blowing her hair slightly before it fell evenly back into place.
" Dont move."
She whispered to Ryu.

The atmosphere heald a tense air, And the silence felt deadly. She closed her eyes, then opened them quickly. She sensed the chakra. It was coming from two seperate locations. One high above them to their left, and one level with their bodies slightly to the right and behind them. With light speed she clapped her hands together silently, moving them in unison with her mouth to preform her Shugo Hakke Rokujuyon Sho justsu.

Hinata backed against Ryu just as multitudes of bright blue chakra flew in the exact direction of her opponents. One of which fell to the ground from his perch in the tree before her, the other dodged, and still remained hidden. Hinata's eyes narrowed.

Hanabi had lost track of her sister. She let out a frusterated sigh and tried her byakugan once more.
" Byakugan!"
Unsucessful. Her mind was too busy decifering what to do now.
" Byakugan! "
She extended the last note, widening her eyes. Still, nothing. She stopped now, taking in a deep breath to calm herself. Snow clung to large black jacket she had grabbed. It was a male's, but she didn't know whose. It had been hanging up, and the first thing she grabbed.
She breathed softly.
She had gotten her mind cleared, calmed. She knew she neede to lear to do such a thing without using so much time. Closing and reopening her eyes, she placed her hands together. She took a final deep breath.
" BYAKUGAN! "
Her eyes widened and the veigns around her eyes showed through her pale skin. Everything she saw, heard, smelled, even tasted now became a vivid picture in her mind, with a transluscent blue tint. Then she sensed it.

Hinata....There you are. And him. That boy you brought into the hous. Who is he?
She bit her lip.
Those men.

She released her Byakugan dashed forward.

" You better not hurt my sister! "

ryu heard a wiz in the air and move to one side of hinata getting hit by a poisonus dart by his shoulder "he'll pay for shooting that" ryu said jumping into the forest turning into ice silently on his way there and looked for the guy

Kankuro's limp body dropped from the building. He fell with a loud Crash on the ground. The impact, however, awoke him from his unconcious state and he stared upwards. There was no sign of any ninja, and even if there was, Kankuro couldn't feel him there. It was almost like a ghost had pushed him. No, that's impossible... this ninja is obviously good though. He thought, trying to gather some strength to stand. His eyes blinked twice and he stared upwards, just trying to stand. Kankuro managed to get into a sitting position, but he felt pain sting through his body. As Kankuro felt his bones, he knew that most of them were broken and that walking wasn't a good plan... but now he was at the mercy of some foreign ninja!?! Come on, I can do this... dammit! After four attempts at standing up, Kankuro gave up and lay defeated in the snow. He called out, "Tch, you're pretty good...[/I] How had he not sensed that ninja before and where had that ninja gone? There was definatley some connection between that powerful wave of chakra he had felt earlier and this incident he had just recently encountered. The snow felt good on his broken body, and he was thankful he had landed in it, otherwise he would have probably died from the impact. He just lay there, thinking of how he could've beaten the ninja... why he had let his guard down.

(I hope no one is RPing Ino because I just grabbed her for this post. If someone is Ino, I’m sorry. Please don’t hurt me! (eep!))

It was nearly noon, and for the forth time in less than three hours Naruto was back at Ichiraku’s ramen shop. And as usual, the blond was downing his favorite food faster than one would have thought possible. After emptying a couple of bowls, he stopped and looked up at the sign that Ayame (that’s the girl at the shop, right?) had just put out, his blue eyes growing wide as he read it.

'I can get everyone one of these! I mean, who doesn’t like ramen?’ Looking down at the list of people he still needed to buy presents for, he realized that his plan wouldn’t work out. Choji and Kiba might like the gift certificates, but there were others like Lee, Neji, Ino, and….and Sakura-chan. 'Sakua-chan hates ramen. She’d hate it as a gift and then she’d hate me even more than she does now…’ (I’m still unsure about when this RPG is taking place: right after Sasuke Retrieval or is it post TimpJump?) 'Gah!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have asked Sakura-chan what she wanted before she left!!!!!!!!!!!!’ Jumping up, he quickly paid for the meal and two gift certificates before running off to find his crush.

Carefully opening the door to her family’s flower shop, Ino balanced the glass vase of roses with one hand. It had taken her hours to finish all of the red, white, and green bouquets of roses and ferns for the Hyuuga party. This was the last one and after delivering it she would be free to shop for some last minute gifts.

“IIIII-NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Having just stepped out on the street, the chuunin could hear heavy footsteps as someone raced up behind her. ’Cr@p! Naruto’s going to run into me if he doesn’t stop, and then I’m going to have to redo the entire arrangement!’ Closing her eyes, she braced herself for the collision, but it never came. Expecting to she the prankster as she looked over her shoulder, Ino was surprised to see only snow. ’I must be really tired to imagine things,’ she thought as turned back.

“Ino!”

“Ahh!” shocked by the sudden reappearance of Naruto right in front of her, Ino dropped the vase of flowers. As the cold glass left her hands, Ino’s cyan eyes snapped shut. She didn’t want to see her work gone to waste, she didn’t was to see the red petal sturn across the ground. But the sound of shattering glass never reached her ears.

“Ino?”

“What do you want, baka? I don’t have a lot of time now that you ruined those flowers.

“Er…Ino. Open your eyes.”

Cautiously opening them, she saw the vase of roses, not a flower out of place being held by Naruto. 'Dead-last caught them? He’s such a klutz…How did he….’

“Ino, have you seen Sakura-chan? I need to ask her what she wants for Christmas?”

Her amazement completely dissipated with that question. “Baka!!!! You don’t ask a girl what she wants as a present. How stupid are you?!?!?”

(hrm....should we have a Sasuke? I mean he did leave Konoha...)

(Might be a good idea. We had problems last time, though. Everyone wants to be Sasuke.

Then again I kind of said that Sound's going to attack Konoha again.)

(Erm... well Quincy's on Vaca and he has: Neji, Choji, and Shikamaru. So they're out of play. I'm not sure about Gaara. Something about Quincy having plans for him. Kankuro just got knocked out and I'm not sure who else Chakra's playing. Jill is Hinata and Hanabi. You are.... erm.... who are you playing as? And I have: Naruto, Tsunade, Shinuze, Jiraiya, and I guess Ino now..... I wouldn't mind taking Kakashi, but I could always ask Yukari to get back on here and help out.)

Village: Konohagakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Leaves)
Hair and Eye Color: Yotora's hair is a green color, which makes him stand out among most people. His eyes are hazel.
Distinguishing Characteristics (marks, lines): Yotora has a slight scar underneath his right eye from one of the more recent Chūnin exams.
Clothing: Yotora always has on a pair of glasses, similar to Kabuto's. He wears a light blue shirt, similar to Sasuke's, with a symbol on the back that resembles a tornado. He also wears a pair of back pants. He wears the headband that proves he is a Konoha ninja as a wristband on his right arm.
Talent: Air-related ninjutsu
Personality: Yotora is energetic and can sometimes be a bit of a nuisance. He loves playing pranks using his jutsus, even during battle. He is rarely serious about anything, but if someone he cares for is in trouble, he quickly changes to a very serious and determined person. He can also be a bit of a flirt.
Backround: Yotora has, since early youth, shown great skill for ninjutsu. While he was still just an academy student, he could perform Genin-level jutsus with little difficulty. Once she has collected enough data, she'll reurn to Orochimaru. When her parents and most of her family died, she wandered the streets until Orochimaru found her and she was taken in by him.

(Eh, I'm only playing Kank ^_^, all the good characters got taken before I had a say in anything. I'm not exactly a "big" fan of Sasuke, the only Naruto guy I'd do is Haku. So no, I won't be "running" for Sasuke.)
