Tragedies are never funny......But every time there is one...seems everyone says "It's the End Times"...and if you go to the Religious forum, there is new information that shows that the book of Rev. was historical as well.....I feel many of these tragedies are just earth shifts...they happen, and will probably get worse before they get better....Just my opinion on what I've read.

Yes there is a big operation.
My grandpa lives in Far northern India (PUNJAB) and says three building in his small little village collapsed killing one person and many trees and poles have fallen. Also in the more northern areas of The Punjab state many people were killed and many many houses have collapsed. IN the holy city Of Amritsar (where the golden temple is) some old brick buildings have collapsed. Its not a rural area at all. Tens of millions live in around the earthquake area. Whats more troubling is that all this damage i have reported of is over 750-1000 km away from the epicenter. God knows how bad it is near the inner areas.

If you want to know were my grandpa lives on this Map. He is way southeast of center of the earthquake in India. Just Below India kashmir.
This is like the worst area for a earthquake to happen. An area of the most highest peaks like K2 and the roads would easily be destroyed by any earthquake. I have been here and it is deathtrap to be here during an earthquake. I am worried militants could mess up the security situation there but there are over 1.5 million soldiers in that area on both sides. That is the number of troops that are always there.
The death toll climbs to 40,000 and is going higher.

i cant believe this, i am the president of MSA(Muslim student association) in my school in houston, and i asked for donations of money on all my 8 classes. I only get 8 dollars. This is down right dissapointing, i know that this is not a local thing but there are hundred's of thousands people dead and buried under debris. Those are human beings who are suffering, i was indeed very dissapointed by my school's efforts
i live 90km{60 miles} from the epicentre in islamabad, just confirmed the death of another girl, n there isnt a whole lot of relief effort, due to the laziness of the government and the military and due to the fact that ALL roads linking the worst hit regions are blocked, unnoficially the death toll is now accepted in hundreds of thousands and its gonna rise. people are startin to lose it, having lost entire families..............
and debijoe **** RELEGION, ive seen people i know ****in die as if their lives meant worth less than shit, 99% of these were EXTREMELY poor, god fearing people who prayed five times a day n were true to their relegion, they worked for less than 2 dollars a day in extremely dangerous areas n jobs, they got nuthin in life, they werent corrupt, they were good people, n those were the people who did die, all the rich corrupt billionaire bastards live in strong houses and are taken care of, almost noneof them died, people still willing to believe in sum1 up there r full of shit!
n just so u know of the GREAT help other countires gave, when the quake hit, after 12 hours, the americans promised 600000 dollars worth of aid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my GOD thas not even enough to build a house in this ****in country!!!!!!!! only when pressured later after 2 days sis they think of much aid , but now whats the ****in use all of those poor bastards are DEAD!!!!!! when sumthin could have been done, it wasnt, not by the government, nor by any1 else,.................. n people i knew n ****in loved died, n might die,

LEONHEARTMM you need to calm down, why dont you help those people rather than complaining online, i know the situation is really bad and Pakistan is a country where there are not proper facilities to support these kind of natural disasters. America has agreed to send 300 million dollars to Pakistan. I am from Lahore myself, and i am helping by donating 2,000 dollars. The best we can do at this time is help the people in anyway we can, not by talking about how much America is giving aid to Pakistan, right now i see your posts are irrelevant to the situation. Thank you and please calm down, this is a crisis. And InshaAllah all the nations will help Pakistan recover from this horrible disaster
