Superman #652 from a good distance a depowered Superman still catches a bullet before it hits Jimmy. He even caught the bullet with his fingertips! Not bad considering Superman didn't know Jimmy was being shot at till he heard the gun-shot.

I remember reading how the comics recently are making certain things look more like they do in the new movie.

Such as the daily planet globe, the offices etc. but in the second picture (after he catches the bullet) his emblem is now 3D & raised. Just like the new suit.

Weird.

Maybe it was just a coincidence.

Thanks, I seen other scans of superman fighting Dracula vampires minions and a couple of werewolfs in that issue in a other respected thread that got lost a couple years ago. 🙂
